Now I've done two -- went to a second today. Worked harder (and smarter, of course) than last week. It (and I) moved faster this week, so I got more 'burn'. The brain is catching on a bit, but I have a long way to go before I can declare myself 'brain fit'. I'll be back next week.

It was humbling... After 15 minutes, I wondered if I really wanted to do it on an ongoing basis; after the hour, I was pretty sure I do want to keep doing it. I usually like pushing my physical limits (higher heart rate, heavier weights, etc.), and this didn't do that. It was the first one that they held, and the first one any of the attendees has gone to (there were just 3 of us). We started with stretching (which I don't do enough of). Then, there was a lot of agility work (even a short juggling session--I didn't do well there, but I am going to work on it), which requires your brain to learn new things. We all laughed a lot and did our best. I was wearing a heart rate monitor and it showed a decent calorie burn in the end, too (~485, I believe), which surprised me. Burning more calories than you expect seems good :) All-in-all, I think it will be a good addition to the routine. I'll be going again next wee
